Oversize Truck Driver Class A CDL

Duties Include But Not Limited To:

 

  • Transport Oversize Manufactured Homes and Over Height Loads

  • Maintain Driver Logs

  • Perform Daily Inspections on Vehicle and Load & Minor Maintenance:

    • Inspect Fluid Levels, Proper Safety Equipment, Tire Pressure, Functioning Lights, Brakes, Windshield Wipers, Turn Signals, Mirrors Adjusted For Proper Visibility, etc.

    • Drivers are Responsible to Report Any Problems or Repairs That Need to be Addressed

  • Perform Labor to Properly Secure the Load Prior to Taking it on the Road:

    • Hookup/Unhook, May Require Changing Tires, Axles or Tongues on the Load

  • Assist Crew to Dolly Homes onto Location for Safe Delivery

  • Complete Inspections and Obtain Signatures from Customers

  • Complete Daily Mileage Reports

  • Completion of Paperwork for Jobs and Report Materials Used & Labor Performed

Note:

  • Although RCMHS INC Does Have Setup Crews for the Installation of the Homes, There Are Times That Drivers May Be Required to Do the Following:

    • Unblocking, Blocking & Leveling of Mobile Homes

    • Dollying of Mobile Homes &/Or Spotting Cranes

    • Removing & Installation of Water, Sewer, & Gas Lines

    • Removing & Installation of Skirting

    • From Time to Time May Need to Fill in on Jobs When Short Handed

    • Load Parts for Customers

 

*** Job duties involve heavy lifting, & working in inclement weather and all weather conditions.  Out of town travel required.***

 

***Must be able to submit and pass DOT drug test and breath alcohol testing, Must have current Medical and CDL Class A License with 5+ years of Heavy Haul/Oversize experience.  Clean driving Record (NO DUI’s Within 7 Years)***

 

Overnight travel may be required for long distant hauls.  All trucks are equipped with sleepers, therefore; some overnights do require sleeping in the truck.  Loads are not left unattended.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. – Heavy lifting required

Mobile Home Service Technician

Job Description

Duties Include but Not Limited To:

  • Unblocking, Blocking & Leveling of Mobile Homes

  • Dollying of Mobile Homes &/or Spotting Cranes

  • Removing & Installation of Water, Sewer, & Gas Lines

  • Removing & Installation of Skirting

  • Detailed Trim Out of Mobile Homes, Drywall Work

  • Refurbishing & Repairs of Mobile Homes

  • Pre-Trip Inspections of Company Vehicles & Maintenance, Pre-Trip Inspections of Loads

  • Completion of Paperwork for Jobs and Report of Materials Used & Labor Performed

  • Framing & Finish Work for Concrete Foundations

  • Maintain Clean Shop and Yard

  • Organize and Stock Parts in Shop and Maintain Inventory

  • Organize and Stock Parts on Trucks and Maintain Inventory

  • Minor Maintenance & Mechanic of Vehicles & Utility Trailers (i.e.: Oil Changes, Lube, Brake Jobs, etc.)

  • Minor Maintenance & Mechanic of Small Engines

  • Pull Weeds and Maintain Yards

  • Building Maintenance

  • Run Errands, Parts to Jobs, etc.

  • Assist Driver in Transportation & Spotting of Loads

  • Will Be Cross Trained for Pilot Car Driver and May Be Required to Obtain Certification

  • Other Labor as Necessary to Fulfill Job

  • Organize and Stock Parts in Shop/trucks and Maintain Inventory

  • Minor Maintenance & Mechanic of Vehicles & Utility Trailers (i.e. Oil Changes, Lube, Brake Jobs, etc.)

  • Minor Maintenance & Mechanic of Small Engines

  • Be Able to Lift a Minimum of 50 lbs.

Job Requirement:

  • Current NM Driver’s License, With a Clean Driving Record (NO DUI’s Within 7 Years)

  • A qualified applicant must be willing to travel, reliable, flexible, and punctual with a can-do attitude.

  • Supply your own tools: 30” tape measure, carpenter hammer, flat nail bar, utility knife, knee pads, and speed square.

Preferred:

  • Two years’ experience in construction and/or plumbing.
